Your room will be available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival, unless prior arrangement has been made.

On the day of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit cards. (2.5% fee on credit card bookings)

A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be taken on bookings.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made seven days or more in advance of your arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations made less than seven days before the arrival will be charged the rate for one night. If your room is consequently rebooked by another guest, then you will only be charged 25% of the cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the full value of the booking will be charged, less any deposit paid.
