ROOMS
We have two light, spacious and stylish guest rooms with views of the river Tay and the mountains.
Both our rooms have a choice of super king size or twin beds, flat Screen LCD TVs with DVD/CD player (we have a selection of DVDs available to borrow), hairdryers, digital radio alarms with iPod docks and a tea and coffee tray complete with cafetiere, fresh milk and homemade shortbread. We also have free WIFI access throughout the house. Our duvets and pillows are feather but synthetic bedding can be made available on request. All our bedlinen is 100% cotton from The White Company.
Both our rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Room One has a walk-in shower, Room Two has a bath with a shower. We provide provide luxurious soft towels and bathrobes, with toiletries by Scottish Fine Soaps.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in our light and airy morning room, where you can enjoy, undoubtedly, your best meal of the day as you take in the stunning panoramic views.
Our local area is renowned for some of the finest quality produce and at Brae House Bed and Breakfast we aim to offer our guests locally sourced, home-made produce whenever possible. Our hens provide delicious free range eggs to accompany award winning Dunkeld Smoked Salmon. McDonald Butchers of Pitlochry supply all our locally sourced meat and our delicious fruit when in season comes from the Mains of Murthly farm in Aberfeldy. Adding an international flavour our coffee comes from Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters who use ethically sourced beans from around the world.

CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in is between 16.30 - 18.00 on your arrival date. Should you wish to check in later please let us know and special arrangements can be made.
Please note that we have no facility to store luggage and are unable to offer any parking before check-in.
We kindly request that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking.

Payments will be accepted by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay & GooglePay.

The full booking balance must be paid on departure.

A cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the full booking amount.

A no show or reduction in the duration of the booking after arrival will incur a charge equal to the full booking amount.

We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
